What's the difference between Classic and Premium shirts?
 

Our Classic shirts are 100% preshrunk cotton and are our thickest, most substantial option. Our Premium shirts are made from soft, ringspun 100% preshrunk cotton, giving them a lighter feel and smoother finish.

Where do you ship from?
 

We ship from the warehouse closest to you. We have facilities in both Canada and the United States, and most international orders ship from our Canadian location.

Do you provide tracking numbers?
 

Yes, all United States orders include tracking. You'll receive your tracking number by email 24 to 48 hours after your order ships, and you can check your status online from there.

Can I choose the color of my shirt?
 

Yes. We print on a wide range of shirt colors, though availability can vary by size. At checkout, you'll see a notes box where you can let us know which color you'd like, along with any other special instructions.

A couple of things to keep in mind:

Sizes 5XL and 6XL are limited to Black and White in most cases.

Changing your shirt color does not change the ink color of the print. If a design appears white on white or black on black, it will print that way on your final shirt.

What shirt colors do you offer?
 

We currently offer more than 20 colors, including Black, Charcoal Grey, Daisy, Dark Chocolate, Forest Green, Gold, Irish Green, Light Blue, Light Pink, Military Green, Navy, Orange, Purple, Red, Royal Blue, Sport Grey, Tan, and White. We also offer ringer tees in Black, Navy, and Red.

What payment methods do you accept?
 

We accept PayPal, Visa, and Mastercard.

How long will my order take?
 

All orders are printed within 2 to 3 business days. After that, shipping times vary by destination and can be affected by carrier delays or holidays:

United States: 4 to 8 business days Canada: 4 to 8 business days United Kingdom: 7 to 15 business days Mexico: 5 to 10 business days Other international destinations: 10 to 20 business days

Do you offer rush shipping?
 

Yes. If you need your order faster, select the Fast Track option at checkout. For an additional fee, your order will be processed within one business day rather than the standard 2 to 3.

Do you accept exchanges?
 

Because we use DTG (direct-to-garment) print-on-demand technology, every shirt is made specifically for your order. For that reason, we are not currently able to accept exchanges.

What is your return policy?
 

We accept returns only for defective items, which include rips, incorrect sizes, incorrect styles or colors from the manufacturer, and items that don't match what was ordered. Buyers are responsible for shipping defective items back to our returns office.

Please note that shirts with custom color changes cannot be returned.
